Our company SAMARAS S.A. | samarasae.gr can serve customers all over Greece. Shipping costs vary by item type, size and weight. We have made our shipping policy as fair as possible.
Orders are shipped within 1 – 3 working days (depending on the existence and availability of the product. In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.
Once you have completed your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
Shipping – Delivery of Orders (Products)
The dispatch of your orders takes place after communication.
We should mention here that the minimum shipping costs are 4 Euros unless otherwise stated in the respective product.
The online store samarasae.gr is not able to deliver products from its physical store as well as the logistics warehouses it maintains for orders made through the online process of the online store.
Shipping costs for products ordered through the online process of the online store as well as by phone vary according to the area to be shipped and according to the volume of the product. They are also not reset for shipments throughout Greece, even for the city of Volos where we maintain a physical store.
REFUNDS
You have the right to return the products you purchase, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason for which you wish to return the products, within a period of 10 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
In order to avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.).

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
