GENERAL TERMS
The primary concern of the company is to list the terms that govern the rights and obligations of Samarasae.gr to all of you who will visit its websites and whose purpose is to inform you about your rights and obligations and to serve you better in the search and acquisition of the products you wish to buy from its store.
PRIVACY
A necessary condition for the initiation of mediation between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products sold will be shipped, your landline phone number (or any other phone number you want that will be used to better serve you), your e-mail address, etc. and in case you choose to make your payments by credit card and its number and expiry date.
Samarasae.gr, strictly following the principles of the protection of personal data provided by the relevant laws and international conventions, will not proceed with any unfair use and without your prior approval. Samarasae.gr in no way discloses, publicizes, sells, exchanges the personal details and information you entrust to us. Exceptionally, your personal information may be made public by the company, always following the procedure prescribed by law when this is imposed by a Public Authority, a court, etc.
Samarasae.gr reserves the right to inform its suppliers with sales statistics, but in no case will they contain personal information that could lead to the identification of individuals.
You can also at any time, if there is a reason to change the personal information you have communicated to us, or limit or cancel the use of some of these information (eg your credit card number) by completing the relevant online form.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while Samarasae.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices.
For certain regions of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is made with an invoice, then the prices of the products are lower than those listed under the reduced VAT.
Shipping cost
All products sent by acs courier are automatically priced by the system according to their weight. Large appliances sent with transport companies are priced in consultation with the customer depending on the product and the area it is located. Air conditioners, on the 2 central arteries (Athens-Thessaloniki), are sent free of charge.
DIFFERENCE
1. Availability: For all the products contained in the catalogs of Samarasae.gr there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. This way you will be able to very easily determine before placing your order which of our products are available in our warehouses and immediately deliverable, which products are not immediately available but we are waiting for a specified date to receive them from our suppliers and finally which products are not available but we are waiting for information from our suppliers about the exact date of their receipt. Nevertheless, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone, within a reasonable period of time, in order to inform you of the possible time of receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you have the possibility, if you consider that this time period does not satisfy you, to request the revocation of the order of the product in question.
In any case, it must be made clear that the above delivery time of your order also depends on the availability of the products in our warehouses.
In addition, we provide you with the possibility to choose whether you wish to receive all the products, which possibly due to their different availability will have a different delivery time, with a shipment to their place of delivery at the latest date and as soon as it becomes possible to deliver them to the courier service, or to receive them in partial deliveries according to the time they can be delivered to you.
2. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.
3. Liability of Samarasae.gr: Samarasae.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged. In the event that a defective product is proven to be found in the quantities delivered, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping costs or refunding your money. However, in the case of returning a product within the 2-year warranty, the charge for shipping costs is borne by the customer.
Samarasae.gr is not responsible for an organized attack by hackers with the aim of stealing users' personal information, but even in this case credit card users are protected since the CVV code of the cards is not stored in the system.
4. Advertising messages: Samarasae.gr provides its users with the possibility to choose their information about the new products available on the market and for any other offers, payment arrangements, etc. by sending advertising-informational messages to their electronic or postal address or by telephone. Samarasae.gr will not abuse its above service. Users are always given the option to stop receiving advertising messages.
5. Cookies: Like most sites on the internet, Samarasae.gr also uses cookies so that we can access certain information every time you browse our store with a web browser. Without the use of cookies, it would be impossible to offer you important services such as: order status, personal settings, storing items in the cart.
Cookies are alphanumeric files that we transfer to the hard drive of your computers through your internet in order to offer you services such as those mentioned above. In your browser settings you can choose to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies or asking you every time a new cookie is about to be installed on your hard drive. Nevertheless, you should know that if you choose to prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive, you will not be able to use some of our store's services.
6. Modification of the present terms: Samarasae.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
7. Applicable Law: All transactions you carry out through Samarasae.gr are governed by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) that regulates issues related to distance sales.
